According to VG247 today, Swedish paper Kvällsposten are reporting that a 15 year-old online gamer collapsed and broke into convulsions after playing the new World of Warcraft expansion for more than 24 hours without pause.

The teenager hadn't taken a break during intensive play of the new Wrath of the Lich King expansion, while the boy's father tells the newspaper that parents should beware the lengths of time their children are playing online games for.

The teen in question, who is now recovering, hadn't slept or eaten during his epic session with Blizzard's long awaited expansion.

This might not be the first WoW-related health scare we report in the coming weeks...
